EUROTIRE, Inc., New York, New York USA, an OTR tire manufacturer and service provider for the global mining industry, participated in the Balikpapan Expo, in Balikpapan, Indonesia, June 17 - 19.
Indonesia is a primary mining region of the world and the expo drew attendees from around the world. This is Eurotire’s first time for participating in this expo and highlights the renewed commitment that Eurotire has for addressing the needs of its customers in Indonesia.
Eurotire is an emerging global leader in the design, manufacture, service and support of OTR tires for the surface mining industry. Its history spans more than 50 years with large OTR tires being shipped under the Eurotire brand since 2005.

This is Eurotire’s first time for participating and is the 9th WAMPEX international exhibition held for suppliers to West Africa’s rapidly growing mining and mineral resources sector.

Eurotire Announces EuroCare

EUROTIRE, Inc., New York, New York USA, a designer, manufacturer and service provider of OTR tires for the global mining industry, has announced the creation of a new customer support program, EuroCare.
EuroCare is a service product and much more; it is a way of doing business. In today’s OTR tire world some manufacturers only want to sell tires and will leave the maintenance, service and support to others. In many cases the care of the tires willbe left to the customer who may have little or no training or knowledge to enable them to effectively maintain the life of their OTR tires. Huge OTR tires do require special attention and specific knowledge is required to operate them efficiently and handle them safely. Tires are critical to our customer’s productivity and they should be cared for accordingly; that is why Eurotire has created EuroCare.
EuroCare is an OTR tire, life cycle support process as well as a valuable consultive product for our customers. It provides a complete service and support program for Eurotire tire products. The process can actually start before a tire order is placed with a skilled Eurotire engineer acting as a consultant to the customer, helping to ensure that the customer receives the best product for their application. After the sale Eurotire is there to ensure that the tires are mounted properly and safely, supporting the customer’s tire program, and providing training so the customer can maintain the long-term productivity of their tires.
At Eurotire we know how to get the most out of our products and how to support the customer. We want to sell tires and we want to provide the tire services, support and maintenance training for those tires as well. This is critical support that our customers want, need and deserve; particularly our emerging markets customers where our goal is to be their supplier of choice for OTR tires.
